An independent engineering practice for companies whose platform has grown faster than the team that maintains it.
Who we are
Sivanvika Technologies was founded on a simple observation: most platform failures are not caused by exotic technical problems. They are caused by ordinary engineering decisions made under pressure, without enough visibility, and never revisited.
We built this practice to do the unglamorous work properly. Environments defined in code. Pipelines that fail loudly instead of passing quietly. Alerts that mean something. Documentation that matches reality because someone is accountable for it.
That approach is deliberately boring. It is also the reason systems built this way tend to stay up.
What we believe
If you have done it twice, it should be a script or a runbook. Ideally both.
Good defaults beat good intentions. If the secure option is also the fastest one, people use it.
You should be able to understand and change your platform without us. That is the goal, not a side effect.
Not every problem needs Kubernetes, a service mesh, or a rewrite. Sometimes the answer is fewer moving parts.
How engagements run
Small engagements, clear scope, and work that lands in your repositories rather than a private account somewhere.
You work with the engineer doing the work. No account management layer, no resold hours, and no ambiguity about who is accountable.
Code lives in your repositories under your licences and your cloud accounts. Nothing is held hostage behind our access.
Work arrives in reviewable steps. You see and approve each one, so nothing surprising reaches production.
Success is defined before we start: a deploy frequency, a recovery time, a cost figure. Not a vague sense that things improved.
The team
Leads all engagements and owns the technical direction. Focused on platform, DevOps and security engineering, and on the systems that page people at night.
Backgrounds in: Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, CI/CD, security engineering, incident response.
If that sounds like the kind of engagement you want, tell us what you are running and what is causing you pain.
